• Base package includes 25 professional photographs of the property.
  • $150 (Riverside, Corona, Moreno Valley Areas)
  • Out of the area is $1 per mile extra measured from Downtown Riverside.
• Additional set of 10 images.  $40
• Neighborhood Package (5 Photos) to capture the local community amenities.  $25
• Evening (twilight shoot) to capture the outside of the house at the most beautiful time of day.  $75 additional
• Video slideshow made from the 25 still images with titles.  $85
• Custom domain website.  starts at $85
• Aerial photos (5-10 images) taken from the best vantage points above the property.  $150

Delivery

Photos can be delivered in high-resolution for print or in lower-resolution for online marketing.

Preparation

Photos turn out best when the property has been prepared in advance like a “model home”.
